I couldn't find this info before ordering so posting for those interested in the process of ordering a Prazipress from the United States.

Timeline
5-29-2024 - Purchase (PayPal)

12–9-2024 - Received Paper Invoice from Thomas Turban

12-11-2024 - Received Paypal Invoice from Thomas Turban
12-11-2024 - Paid Invoice

12-17-2024 - DHL Tracking Received

12-18-2024 - Received DHL Import Duty Invoice ($38.40)
12-18-2024 - Paid Import Duty (PayPal)

12-19-2024 - Delivered by DHL (not handed off to another carrier, im in Tennessee)

Obviously very long delay between purchase and invoice, radio silence. 204 total days from order to delivery. Once the ball gets rolling DHL sends a pile of emails each day. It's important not to miss the import duty one, it needs to be paid. PayPal invoice and a few DHL emails are in German. Can confirm it does come with 1 1/4-12 and 7/8-14 adapters by default.

Just received my 105mm Prazipress this week. Very impressive tool. I have wanted one since learning about them several years ago, and finally ordered one. Loaded up some 223 with it today. I don't think it will make me a better shooter, but the time spent using this tool is extremely satisfying.

It is as nice as they say, can't wait to use it. One thing I forgot to mention is that if you are using a 4x4s as a bench, the mounting screws that come with it aren't long enough. Trying to find a M12x130mm (right size for 4x4) countersunk bolts is hard. Waiting on those to get here before I get it mounted up. Needed this press for a Warner tool die (1 1/4" dia), my rock chucker without insert is getting long in the tooth.

Are you based in US? For those of us that are, I wouldn't call it quick or painless. But it is worth it I feel. Definitively the best single stage available.

I have the 105 and the 150. Great pieces, but, I urge caution, in NUMEROUS areas.

The communication to Germany sucks and the delays can be long and the shipping charges are ridiculous. If you order the 150 and want a 50 BMG shell holder or some other odd or end later, you're going to be paying over $150 shipping for a small part. SO order everything you may need the first time

I got a WTC 375 Cheytac die to go with my 150. It's 1-1/4" so I needed to use the reducer. Both Turban/Prazi and WTC use very tight tolerances. My WTC die would not screw into the reducer Prazi sent with the press. WTC said, "It's Christian Turban's fault." But I can't contact Turban, and to get a different reducer from Prazi would be like $200. I bought a different reducer from USA - it also didn't work. Ultimately, I had to force the WTC die into the Prazi reducer several times and clean and oil in between - basically I was probably cutting 0.0001 off the threads of each piece. Final result is that the WTC die fits in the Prazi reducer, but the finish on the WTC threads is worn to bare steel. See above about rust. Plus that WTC die cost more than the Prazi, and certainly more than the fucking reducer.
How do you lube the bearings? Tolerances are tight. I used Kroil, but it leaves a film that hardens to a gum. Don't do that. Use machine oil.
If your bench is not a thin upper layer with no "skirt" below it (mine is 2 layers of 3/4" plywood glued and screwed to a 2x6 "skirt"), the skirt below the top will not allow clearance for the overkill primer drop tube. So, you need to cantilever the Prazipress over the edge of the bench, to get the primer drop tube, which moves up and down with the press, to clear the underside of your bench. And don't you dare try to bend that tube or make other modifications, trust me. Did that and fucked it up and learned.
Enter inline fabrication stands. Now we have more problems. You can cantilever the inline fabrication stands, but you have to drill new holes in them to do so. Not a big deal. But the top plates inline engineering makes DO NOT match the holes on the Prazipress. So he sends you reduced sized bolts and spacers. Clusterfuck as far as I'm concerned. He finally made me correctly fitting top plates for the 105 and the 150 that accept the M10 or whatever diameter bolts the prazi was designed to accept. I had to source shorter bolts myself. (and now my 150 prazipress sits so high on my bench, that I have to stand on a couple of layers of plywood so my bad left shoulder doesn't bind up using it.)
The hole spacing for the Prazi must be off or not diagramed properly. I had ordered a Big Dog Steel press mount for the 150 also, and the holes were off for that stand too, which had other problems (like holders for 7/8" dies, which don't make sense for a press that mainly works with 1-1/2" dies.
The WTC shell holder supplied with the $1200+ dies also did not fit in the "shell holder accepter" that screws into the Prazipress ram and comes with it. WTC told me that's not the first time they've heard that either. So I had to file away some material to get it to fit. What else was I going to do? Send WTC the ram adapter with their "in spec" as far as they're concerned shell holder? Or contact Prazi? Can't do it, and even if you did, you can't afford to ship parts back and forth. So, you fuck around with a diamond file and half ass it in your garage - with thousands of dollars of equipment you're trying to make compatible

I now have both the 105 and the 150 set up and working properly and they are indeed works of art. But to be honest, I'm not sure I'd do it again. You're going to have this huge beautiful press. But It's prone to rust, bearings need lubricated/cleaned because tolerances are ridiculous, you cannot communicate with them, shipping costs prohibits small parts from being transmitted, nobody has the hole spacing right for mounts and you're going to struggle with that, and the fucking tolerances are so tight that many mainstream parts are going to give you headaches.

I hope your experience is better than mine.

ETA spoiler: the high end presses don't fucking make better ammo. They're bling. We all kinda know that, but we like bling. And bling means reducing tolerances to the point of incompatibility and it doesn’t affect your ammo tolerances. All it does is give you headaches.

Same, I’m close to ordering the Warner die and this press is the direction I think I’m going to go for the larger die diameter.

Well, I would first talk to Dan or Alan at Warner tool company so you can have a plan in advance for what you’re gonna do when the die doesn’t screw into the Prazipress reducer and the shell holder doesn’t fit in the ram adapter

Im happy with my decision to upgrade, but I used a RockChucker for many many years with no issue whatsoever. IMO the more valuable piece is the WTC die. Really is a work of art.

I just got mine mounted up to bench and did not have either of these issues.

I agree with these for sure. I avoided ordering for a long time dreading the process. Figured id write my process down for others to evaluate. I ended up using Microil on all the bearings and bare steel after cleaning with Isopropyl. You are right, everything is extremely tight, so tight that very light Microil causes a little resistance in movement (of course, it's brand new so it may wear in a little). Very similar experience to lubing a micrometer if you have ever done that.

Only real trouble I had was the M12x? bolts that came with are too short for a 4x4 butcher's block type bench. Ended up ordering M12x130mm from McMasterCarr and those worked great. Standard shell holder fits, but rotating it has quite a bit of resistance, it's very tight. Fit of die into adapter and adapter into press is PMA tool nice.

Something I didn't know until getting this press where I can see more, a standard shell holder really needs more diameter for a WTC die. Kinda would like to have a wide body shell holder that mates up to the bottom of the WTC evenly.

One last note here, the Prazipress has literally no float whatsoever anywhere.

When evaluating single stage presses, something to consider, Rigid v. Float.

Prazipress is on the extreme end of rigid.
Co-Ax designs are on the extreme end of float.

So, we've brought a few of these in as of late. I checked the shell holder adapters of 3 of them and our shell holders fit in all of them. We still have one 140mm available if anyone is interested.... NO WAITING for a response from the Germans. We have the bmg shell holder available to go with them. Unfortunately, thus far they have the 1.5 to 7/8 die adapter, so I have not been able to inspect our 1.25" die fit as of yet and I have requested a couple of 1.25 adapters to make available (and inspect).

@secondofangle2 I am so glad that I didn’t have the same issues that you experienced. I ordered my 140 last year and received it within two months. I mounted mine to an Inline Fabrication mount with the tall height spacer and it fit perfectly. The primer tube and cup just clear my bench. It’s tall AF but it fits and the hardware that came with the QD plate lined up.

I also purchased WTC dies for my 375 CT IMP and they threaded into the Prazi reducer like they were made by the same people. The shell holder also fits snugly but in a good way.

As an earlier adopter, I probably went through the growing pains

Hopefully the drawings I sent online fabrication helped get the holes properly aligned

The reducer threads are still a mystery to me.

I didn’t realize you could mount on TOP of the bench. But that would kill my bum left shoulder

I’m usually standing when I’m using this press and it’s at a good height for that. I believe I have the taller Inline mount as well. I can post some better pictures once I get back home.
