I hear that, our Brittany was/is a n AKC hunt dog, but her personality was keeping her from “advancing”. She’s a great hunting and family dog for us.

Just to clarify- I have no issue with pure breds- just the tools who gotta tell you haow expensive the dog was like it's a status symbol.
Me, I've had five dogs, three of which were pure breds- but two of those three were rescued Siberian Huskies.

Of course you know what EVERY dog’s name is on opening day? Sum-bitch and G** Damn It are the most common heard!
No matter how expensive the dog or training is.The flip side, of course, is the irresponsible "pet" breeder that doesn't take care not to breed in issues. It all comes down to being responsible, whether or not you can trace a dogs lineage. Finding a trustworthy breeder is key and can save you a lot trouble and vets bills down the line.

We had to put our Daisy down on Nov 20th. Our daughter actually had to do it while we watched over FaceTime as we're currently living in Florida and were unable to bring the dog with us at the time. She was having issues before we left and took a turn for the worse about a week before putting her down.
This was the first day we got her from a family friend who wasn't able to keep her. She's about 7 months old in this pic.
