Id wager with the OCM5 that is probably one of the best guns to shoot in your collection. I know everytime i take my AEM out I'm reminded of how stupid quiet it is. Can't imagine how much fun it is on a bolt rifle.

223 wylde chambered by Ryan Beck at Base Camp Customs
16.5" Proof Heavy Palma with AEM/OCM mount cut into the barrel
Otter Creek Labs OCM5
Manners Night Stalker
Defiance Deviant
KMW M5 bottom metal
NF 4-16 ATACR Mil-XT
Hawkins 1.270 0 moa Heavy Tac mount
Now that kinda makes me hard. lol

You guys do great work!

Can't wait to get some groups and loads out with it.
This was the catalyst to update the fixture and process for how we do those AE mounts in the barrel properly. They haven't been popular enough in years past to be a "thing" but now they're a canned deal. Sometimes it really is a boot in the ass to make it happen, so thanks for that ;-)

That's amazing!! My buddy is going to need one at some point soon. Thanks for making it look great, it is super clean!

That looks amazing
Thanks, I asked Ryan Beck if he could cut the mount into the barrel back in December 2023. I wanted to have maximum barrel going into the suppressor without it being too close to the first baffle. So that the overall package would be as short as possible. He made the program so the end of the barrel ended where the brake or flash would normally end.

This was the first one he did for me and the one in the night stalker is the second one he did. Ryan does great work!

Little different. Finally jumped into the Blaser R8 arena. @DetroitRearView ‘s opinion about them got me thinking about getting one. Then I started watching @THLR and reading a bunch…and now I’ve ended up with this.
Blaser 6.5 Creed barrel cut back to 16” (Due to the fact that the magazine sits above the trigger relative length is 14-14.5”). Schmidt 3-20 T2. Form 1 can. Shoots the Berger factory 130gr hybrid OTM ammo pretty well. Little slow, but I don’t really care. It’s a hunting rifle and will work fine. Weighs 11lbs 13oz as seen.

Smith sent me pictures of my 510 Whisper this morning…sending it for coating and hoping to get it back pretty quick. Lefty Defiance Ruckus Lapua action with a Brux 9 twist fluted M24 contour finished at 16”. Manners LRH stock with Hawkins M5 bottom metal and flush mag. Will have my last Jewell trigger I had squirreled away. Going to run the Bowers can for now.

As it sits it’s 8lb 10oz and with can and optic should be in the 11-11.7lb range when finished. Have a really good supply of Makers 900 and 1000gr expanding subs with N110 and N120 for a starting point.
