Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley (Ret.), and others who some speculated may have faced investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday.

Biden's pardons come just hours before he is set to depart the White House and President-elect Trump takes the oath of office once again. The pardon also applies to a litany of people involved in the January 6 select committee investigation.

In addition to the named individuals, the pardon applies to, "Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee."

Notably, Special Counsel Jack Smith, former FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland are not included in the pardon, despite speculation that they may face backlash from the incoming administration.

Is suing them to oblivion civilly still on the table? If they were pardoned, then they must be guilty of a crime. If those crimes affected someone, then wouldn't they still be able to sue? Might not be able to put those assholes in prison where they belong, but their retirement should be spent watching their fortunes go to lawyers

Well, look at it this way. Now they’re all guilty.

And the mass nature of their crimes means that they didn’t act alone. Which means that their subordinance and their affiliates and their minions are all by extension guilty. And guess what they’re no longer protected by people like Fauci and Miley, who can throw them under the fucking bus. They can be cold as witnesses. And if they purjer in any way shape or form, then they’re guilty of perjury .

And we’re assuming that Trump would’ve prosecuted the anyway. Which seems to be mostly a leftist fantasy. That said, they were pardoned of criminal acts and as someone pointed out above now that they are by definition, guilty of crimes they should be open for civil penalty.

Way to go Biden. Show what a shit bag you are on the last day.

As the great James Comey once said.... No reasonable procecuter would bring charges. Expecting the republicants to do anything is a waste of energy. They are most likely the ones that made up the list and said "Hey, you forgot these people. We don't want to be held accountable for not doing anything. Please pardon them."

The extent of these pardons just shows how deep the corruption in our government is buried. If you have to pardon staffers and SS officers it's really bad. The effort to over throw the US government was/is well planned and is ongoing.

This needs to be dug into very deeply to see who is leading this change and see to it that they are "removed". Assets confiscated and families eliminated. The evil must be dealt with or it will continue.

We all knew it would happen, but it still baffles the mind to think about the hypocrisy and lies of these people. Bidens statement was that he was just concerned about how it can disrupt peoples’ lives to be prosecuted unjustly and how concerned he was about people being prosecuted for doing their job. Huh! Sounds exactly like how they’ve treated Trump for the past 12 years.

The other benefit to this is after a pardon, you are stripped of your 5th Amendment right not to incriminate yourself. You can't incriminate yourself when you are pardoned. So they have to be forthright and 100 percent honest in any testimony.

And you know what... if they aren't, they weren't pardoned for Perjury. Legal minds better than mine (I didn't even stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night) can comment with more authority. But yes! BRING ON THE INVESTIGATIONS and show how corrupt they were. And then get them and their minions. The minions on things they weren't pardoned for. The bosses on the technicalities.

If you can put Capone away for life for tax evasion... you can nail these shitbags into Supemax for purjury.

Or... they weren't pardoned in Japan or India. How about letting India or Japan prosecute them for mass murder? I mean, those places are way ahead of us in looking at the 'facts.' Fauci can get extradited to a third world country and tried for genocide and crimes against humanity there! I bet an Indian Prison is a really great place to spend your retirement...

Mike Flynn and Roger Stone (and Paul Manafort, etc...) are guilty of actual crimes though- specifically High Treason.

Anthony Fauci is "guilty" of leading Operation Warp Speed- which saved the human race from a global viral pandemic.

Mark Milley is guilty of serving as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
