I like the Manners, they do have the grip area done, that would be nice to see on different manufcturers as well.My new 6GT barrels came in from Mike Manzella (excellent work with meticulous attention to detail and fantastic customer service btw!) so was able to put the BAT Hammerhead into play finally. Left is the BAT Hammerhead 6GT running a 6GT 24" 1:7.5 ACE and right is my Zermatt Origin running a 6ARC 24" 1:7.5 Benchmark. Will start forming brass for the 6GT Sunday if Snowmageddon permits

For sure i dont know, can you do a grip roughening in to a stock like Foundation, since it is made of Micarta, but they
use that in the knife grip´s, so i think you could do it, but if the most of the users do not want it, there is no point of making it.

That´s true, and if you dont need that grip, just remove the tape and you have a different feel on the stock

Greetings from down under, I've always been a fan of Remingtons
and decided to get one. I also have an addiction to rattle cans and worn sniper styled camo. Here is my 2023 Model Rem700 Police. Barrel channel opened up a bit and action screws tightened up. Shoots ragged one hole groups with ADI 168smk factory ammo. So far I've shot a 9 inch gong at 500 meters off the bench. Everything on this gun is made in USA, other than the paint lol.

They used to be alot more common when I was a kid (2006 era) but still easy to get now. I think many people skip the police model because they assume the HS precision stock is just another hogue style floppy stock, it's almost the best factory fitting stock or chassis I've ever seen.

Went and did some load testing on my 8.3” .300 BLK Solus, with the Hornady 190 Sub-X bullets. I used 10.5gr of Alliant 300-MP powder, and it was just a tad too hot, and averaged just over 1100 FPS (about 1105). I'm going to go down about 0.2 grains to be sure it stays subsonic, but hopefully it still shoots this amazing! I’m thoroughly impressed with this little pistol.
Here’s a 9-shot group before I finalized the zero. It was 10 shots, but I made an adjustment after the first shot, so I blacked it out, since it wasn’t part of the same POA group.
Here’s a sub-MOA 5-shot group a little while later after getting it completely zeroed. This thing is ready to smoke some whitetails inside of 150 yards.
