He really does have a point. If it wasn't for the CIA overthrowing the government and installing a puppet and then pushing them into the war with Russia they wouldn't need to rebuild.
If we had kicked them in the balls and made them abide by the Minsk agreement and stop shelling the eastern rebellion regions. They wouldn't need rebuilding.
I doubt that he's going to risk his life by spilling the beans on how the USA is responsible for the whole shit show. Their GDP is zero. Their economy is propped up by the USA and the EU. Half of the population is either dead, injured or fled to another country. The infrastructure is in shambles. The outlook is pretty bleak for the survival of the country. I'd say that Z has maneuvered the shift from a democracy to a communist state but he's not smart enough for that. It was orchestrated by the deep state of the USA.
I don't see Russia negotiating for peace unless they get what Putin originally stated was his goals. The eastern provinces and ridding the country of Nazis. He's 90% there now plus a few side benefits of the USA run biolabs are shut down, the ukes won't have nukes for a very long time and NATO is off the table.
