    Situation:
    I either have misplaced or did not receive all the rams (different sizes) for my AMP Press - my guess is that it was the former.

    What I did:
    I contacted AMP and asked if I could purchase one so I can use the press to load my 37XC.

    What they did:
    They didn't charge me and FedEx'd out the ram I needed - from New Zealand.

    This is what excellent customer service looks like. Big shout out to them.
     
    I ordered my AMP annealer in late 2019. It was DOA. Sent email. Response in fifteen minutes, then a phone call from Alex to troubleshoot. Yep, dead. Had a new one two days later, with a shipping label to return the original.

    Doesn't get any better.
