Tell you what, let go back 2 years and count up the Microbursts vs the bad piloting errors,
DEI might be an easy scapegoat but microbursts are better excuses you can point to that nobody can prove or see, if you show me the report they had a micro burst on DIA that day, I will absolutely apologize but you won’t be able too. I have the report as i went and got it when we begged off, this was the second time and I was over it. I can promise you when we left for C Springs other planes were landing.
The first time we went to Nebraska to refuel, they left us on the plane cuz the place was closed they had to open it, Then the second time we went to C Springs cause the storm was closer to the Nebraska airport.
We can see the change, we can feel it when we fly ( I fly a lot) it’s not hard, these people are unqualified and many are straight up incompetent. From the ground to the sky, even the TSA agents are illegals, a bunch barely speak English. The counter people are gone, illegals grab your bag after I tag it …so please spare me. Why i am tagging my bags, I pay for a service, a premium too, everything is cost cutting, squeezing it like a lemon. What’s left is not gonna fly very well.

I’ve got hundreds of landing in YYZ, both jet and t-prop. It’s often a gusty crosswind going there and because of the noise abatement and ATC traffic coordination they never run the 33s unless the steady 90deg xwins component is higher than 25kts so you better be on your toes when you go there.
There was no fucking microburst or wind shear or any of that nonsense. It was simply a crew that got behind the airplane on the short final, didn’t recognize the speed drift and got behind the power curve. I always always carry the maximum wind additive when going into these kind of conditions and I’d much rather be 5kts over target than 5 under.

The Xfinity race was not as busy so that was first day at Daytona, we walked around so much. The Cup race with Trump there was insane. That’s not really even a leak. If you know a pilot’s name, you can get that info from the FAA website.

The Alien stuff caught me off guard, I was not expecting #UFO X to find it, really it’s just a one off joke cause at the time the DOE would get chased by UFO Hunters outside the gates, so it was a constant comment and running joke with the Teams
