It's real easy...

First sentence: A business decision has been made and it affects your job.
Second sentence: The decision is final.
Third sentence: Come with me to HR, they will explain the next steps.

While they are in HR weeping and wailing, pack up all their shit into cardboard boxes and take them out to the lobby. When they are done with HR, HR escorts them out to the lobby and they can't get back into the building.

I actually did this at Intuit during layoffs. Very effective. After this was done, HR asked me if I needed to see a grief counselor. I just look at them and asked why. They said, we thought you might be stressed. I just looked at them and had one word... NO.

I'm sure they thought I was pscyo.

All fun to do to others until you are no longer needed either and somebody does it to you.
And folks wonder why intelligent employees have no loyalty to corporations...

With any luck, that crap is next on the chopping block.
But I’m behind enemy lines in KA, won’t matter here no matter what.

Well if we get really fortunate, Trump and his team could actually use the constitution and say that stupid state laws can't override Federal powers to make things legal via interstate commerce laws and any local state types that want to complain can get arrested by the FBI.

Dems do that all the time.

Time for us to do it.

Make federal laws regarding 2A freedoms and the specifics of the tools of freedom have firm, hard, enforceable precedence over any silly State restrictions.

Much as many states have done to protect their citizens from blue stinking cities that hate 2A

Also a good way to get rid of all those who are crap performers.

Happens every place and dept I have worked
Happens where you work.

Imagine canning them and hiring decent help.

trump IS hiring some cuties-DNI,press sec,AG. this is not a bad thing to do. all seem to be getting it done. and they all appear to be straight.

As congressman Charlie Wilson said: “You can teach them to type, but you can’t teach them to grow tits!”

Just wondering what all this head chopping in the agencies is going to do to tax stamp wait times.
With any luck, that crap is next on the chopping block.

Furthermore, we urge you to “continue collaboration to improve the process for” NationalFirearms Act applications. Congress recently instructed ATF to make these improvements.13While NFA wait times have improved significantly, ATF must continue to “address ongoingdelays in application processing times” until the archaic process is at least as efficient as theNational Instant Criminal Background Check System. There is no reason that the right topurchase a firearm should be so greatly delayed; a right delayed is a right denied. ... Sincerely ... A few senators that still have some balls.
