Wow. You are still reading their talking points as the nature of all these programs has been openly exposed. What kind of a brain dead tool do you have to be to keep saying that USAID was providing any kind of functional public services or that the targeted countries even wanted a foreign power spending money to promote degeneracy? Most of them see USAID as an attack on their countries, and consider us an enemy for doing it.
