Bone-in pork chops are on sale, so stocked up. Wife wanted fancy, so of course that means I'm cooking. I give you Pepper Crusted Pork Au Poivre with Parmigiano Reggiano Mashed Potatoes. Mighty tasty, might get me laid tonight.

That does look good. And to clarify, I hope it is Mrs. Quiganomics sharing time with you. I don't mean to judge others, just saying, I hope it is your better half.
Beats my efforts all to hell. My wife's favorite singer was Dan Fogelberg. So, I learned how to play and sing "Leader of the Band."
And made her cry. This was not long after he passed away from prostate cancer (in his 50s.) I did it really close to his solo acoustic version (one of his last public performances.)

And sales calls disguised as work requests. A guy acting like a homeowner and saw one of our trucks. I thought, maybe some work needs to be done. Nope, he wanted to sell us website design services, which we already have and that is not even my list of things to do. One of the owners does that.
