i guess you 2 karens have never flown on an airplane either or you would be in terror most of the trip
Planes never bothered me. But flying to New Jersey in 2005 was a bit tense for me because of 9/11. I promised myself that if a swarthy individual was to stand up and holler all a who snack bar or even just looked cross-eyed, I was going to see to it that he got off the plane in a body bag WHEN we safely land.
Nothing happened flying to NJ and back. On take off from Newark Intl., the plane has to bank hard right over the Hudson because of noise abatement rules. So, for a brief moment, I could look out the window to my right and see Manhattan. That was cool. By the time the plane was level and rising, we were into Pennsylvania.
Planes are built to flex and bend. Deep diving subs are not.

And this is why I refer fed agents and fbi flops as Keystone Kops. Which is probably an unfair comparison to Keystone Kops. Especially the actors portraying them with such precision.
We watch TV and expect Criminal Minds or FBI and we get McNamara's Morons.
