I'm going to start celebrating Leif Erikson Day, October 9th. There are groups that celebrate this day instead of Columbus/Indigenous Day.

Indigenous horse shit. The current from of people claiming to have bene here first, wiped out those that came before them. The absolute proof was Kennewick man. In order to keep the "we got here first" horse shit alive the BOR actually destroyed the site and torn it up with excavators to prevent anyone in the future from correctly dating it, then they gave the 100,000 year old remains to the tribes to destroy.

Actually they were really good at it if you study the Aztec calendar and look at how they built pyramids and Machu Pichu.
The real suck is how they also cut the hearts out of sacrificial victims and such. And that's just the central american/ mexican tribes. The northern tribes (read USA) were just as bad in many ways as far as brutalizing and enslaving rival tribes.

When my kids were in school, they’d bus em in off the res. Pretty sure they all belonged in special ed. My kids told me the teacher would have to go over the subject multiple times and spell it out for them every time. The whole class had to come in on days off because the res kids would be so far behind. The class couldn’t move forward until they participated or some shit. It was weird and only happened a couple times.
parents on parent teacher day were just as bad. Noticeably drunk and nobody would say shit.
My buddy’s dad is navajo, he is alright other than a drunk. I think the only way he kept his job for all these years was because he was indian. He got several dui in the company truck and crashed it once.

Indigenous peoples day.....fuck....I was born here.....my family has been born here for over 200 years....pretty sure I qualify as "indigenous"
