400yds and over 3/8 ar400 will hold up to save money but if you plan on longevity I’d go ar500 3/8 is plenty to hold up for a long time for personal use
Bought a cabelas brand four years ago for $79 and have never looked back. They have a lifetime replacement and it’s tough as hell. Drawback it’s too big to pack around all day at a match but for the house or local range it’s awesome
26” hart 1/9 on a trued Remington 700 I have used 4831sc for years and have had great success with the 168 nosler cc, 168 Berger vld and the 168 ablr for a hunting bullet
I shoot a bt99 plus for trap and a berritta essential for skeet and sporting clays. The bt99 was my grandpas I inherited it when he passed it’s my most cherished firearm.
I carry a Glock 42 every day. I know it’s probably not the lightest or smallest but it goes bang every time I draw it out for practice. I use exclusively gold dot ammo in both my wife and my cc guns.
I wish Oakley would rerelease the splinter sunglasses they were my favorite ever. I have problem with the polarized lenses while shooting with sights that have fiber optics. I also have transition lenses in my prescription glasses that cause the same problem. Are there other guys having trouble...
A sig 2200 is half of what you are wanting to spend and will hit about any reflective target out to distance 1450 yds 66% ipsic unless elr is your thing. I have used the new leupold rx2800 and it’s a great laser as well. Just a few more options
I would definitely go with the most magnification you can afford in the tier one scopes you can always back the magnification off if you don’t need it.
