    Re: 31 Flavors of Baskin Robbins.....which is for me? Weaver Grand Slam MIl/MIl 3-10, midway has them for $400 and sometimes they knock down the prices to $300. If I was looking for a good scope ring/base combination for $500 it would be the Weaver with a EGW 20MOA base and rings.

    Re: Duracoat or Cerakote? its a marlin 17hmr for christ sake, no need to spend $200 to get it coated. Get yourself some Alluma Hyde II, take your time prepping it, and go to town with it. Iv'e done quite a few barreled actions and stock with it and it holds up well, and a can is only $15
