    Vortex Razor UHD 18x56 thoughts.

    I got the 18 UHD when they were first released. Been using them as a RO for PRS style matches which can be 7 hours on glass. With stages ranging from 300-700 yards. The Swarovski have a slight edge on contrast and color but not enough to justify the significant cost difference at least to me.

    Vortex Razor UHD 12x50

    I have had the Vortex UHD 18 side by side with the Swarovski EL 12 and the SLC 15. The Swarovski were only slightly better in part due to the magnification difference and considering the significant price difference the Vortex more than held there own.

    Minox MD80 ZR20-60 w/MRS-2 Reticle?

    I ended up ordering the Minox MD80 ZR 20-60. Got it yesterday and I am very impressed with the over all build quality. It is built like a tank and is heavy. The glass is outstanding from my very limited viewing, I have not had it out in the field yet. But so far I am very happy with the investment.

    6.5cm feed issue

    I have had the same issue with a AR-10 6.5 Creedmoor. The solution was in two parts by my smith. One was to install a JP barrel extension and the second was to have the back of the barrel canfored. After making those modifications I was able to feed Berger 130 AR Hybrid rounds with out any problems.

    Shooter App for IOS 8...

    Shooter will not allow me to add a new bullet from the library such as the Berger 140 Hybrid. When I select that bullet and then select G7 I am then close out of the program with out adding that bullet, this is on the iPad with version 8.0.2 Anyone else having this issue?
