    I’m running the 168 Amax over 43. Something of Varget, .6moa at 100, first round hits out to 800. Gets squirrelley at 909 though. That’s out of an 18” AIAX308

    Well, after 4 months of ownership, finally got my optic sorted and barrel chopped. here she is in all her glory, AX308, 18" barrel with Lantac Dragon brake, Vortex 4.5-27 mounted in Seekins rings. bipod is from UK (but I believe there is a US reseller- all probably made in China)

    Possible dumb question on bullet choice (.308)

    Thanks for the info guys, I was concerned that the combo of short barrel combined with the 1/12 would cause issues. I'll see how I go with some factory 175 vs 168 and see which one works out best, then work into a recipe from there. thanks for being gentle!

    We get phone calls about this 2-3 times per day (usually about 6.5 through our .308) yes, with No problems
