    Re: scope rail and rings questions. okay so i do think i'll try the egw 20moa base, as i think i'll have enough adjustment in the bushy to do what i want, and i'll have enough MOA to shoot out to 1000 if need be. so egw also makes rings? i can't find them anywhere.

    Re: scope rail and rings questions. i thought i would need the round, and yeah it's brand new, just ordered it today at 4 o'clock i'm pretty excited about it. i think i'll go with either the weaver round base, or the egw round rear.

    Re: scope rail and rings questions. that egw almost looks just like the weaver. the badger is nice, a little $$$ though. the weaver is like 20 bucks. so neither the round,m or flat style rears protrude off the back too much?

    Re: good tactical scopes i'm new (as you can tell!) but i've seen good reviews on the bushnell tactical 6x24. it's not a bad price. something to look into.
