    Rifle Scopes CQB Optic?

Re: CQB Optic? I'm hoping that the new 1-4x Trijicon Accu-Points will be the bee's knees when it comes to this. Only thing I'm worried about is the eye relief aspect. From what I understand (and please correct me if you know otherwise), even though it's supposedly a true 1x at its lowest...

    New LRB M25 with S&B 1.1-4x24

Re: New LRB M25 with S&B 1.1-4x24 Hey Merlinn, It was built by Smith Enterprise. I have a 22" SEI rifle as well (also on the M25 receiver). Nice guns, though I have been toying with the idea of trading the two them for a new AIAW if someone wanted to, but I'm still on the fence about that...

    Rifle Scopes GEN2XR users....

Re: GEN2XR users.... The other aspect I'm not crazy about, and this is just a personal preference, is that the full mil marks are dots and not longer hash marks. I know that seems minor, but like a lot of folks I'm really into the Horus reticles, and the dots always make my little brain...

    New LRB M25 with S&B 1.1-4x24

Re: New LRB M25 with S&B 1.1-4x24 Here's mine, but you've got way nicer glass! It's wearing a T1 here, but will be going back to a Leupy MR/T 1.5-5 SPR reticle.

    New LRB M25 with S&B 1.1-4x24

Re: New LRB M25 with S&B 1.1-4x24 Great looking rifle, I have one very close to it. Since it's not a SEI barrel, I'm assuming that you had the guys at LRB do the build for you? Or perhaps Ted Brown? Again, very nice.

Finally!! I was able to build a damn rifle!

    Rifle Scopes Osprey rifle scopes

Re: Osprey rifle scopes I looked at the data sheet they provide for the "rangefinding" reticle. A buddy bought one, and it just didn't make much sense. It wasn't in mils, and wasn't explained right if it was in MOA. At least I couldn't make sense of it. If I was you, I'd spend my money...

    Suppressors Glock 19

Re: Glock 19 I've never had a situation where any of my G19's dislike what they've been fed. I, like many others, even shoot Wolf without hesitation. Home defense load is 124gr. Ranger Talons (couldn't find the 127's). No problems with that load either. Only one thing to watch out for (as...

Source for M14/M1A Match Operating Rods???

Re: Source for M14/M1A Match Operating Rods??? Hmmm, I too assumed the OP meant operating rod spring guide, because I've never heard of a match operating rod. If they're out there, I've never heard of em'! Stranger things have happened, of course. If I was to get another actual operating...

Rifle Scopes Advise on S&B 1.1-4x24

Re: Advise on S&B 1.1-4x24 I'd also look at the new Trijicon Accu-point 1-4 scopes. If its for close shots, it might be a good choice for you. Cheaper, no batteries, and Trijicon quality. Some of the new ones are with green aiming points. Very bright, apparently. I'm looking forward to...

    FN actions?

Re: FN actions? I had an SPR A3G for a while, and it was a great rifle. Wishing I hadn't sold it now. I actually like the placement and function of the safety on the FN's more than the Remington 700 series. That said, you may not. Any chance you can drive to a store in your area to fondle...

    Getting set up for Duracoating

Re: Getting set up for Duracoating Careful with close-tolerance areas. I did a USGI M14 trigger group, and really REALLY regretted it. The group wouldn't even go back together. I had to soak it in lacquer thinner, and scrape off the duracoat. Took hours. Eventually got it pretty good...
