    TriggerTech 2-Stage Trigger - I'm stoked!

They need to hurry the hell up. I was sending them emails for a year requesting a 2 stage 700 trigger before they finally announced it. This stock x mark trigger needs to go, but I don't want to buy something else just to replace it when the triggertech gets released. Next step is to talk...

    SBR weight

The 6.25" 300blk comes in at a slightly more svelte 8.6lb. Again, that's with optic, suppressor and loaded 30rd pmag.

    SBR weight

I was organizing the safe and decided to weigh mine yesterday. Still haven't ordered the optic/mount so I had to use manufacturer specs for that, but it came out to 9.4lb for my 12.5" 6.5 Grendel. That's for the rifle with suppressor, optic and loaded 10 round mag. Not a flyweight, but...

Question about Aero Builders Kit M5E1

I've bought quite a bit of Aero Precision stuff, all of it from Schuyler and Granite Ridge. Both have great pricing and are GTG.

I had my SBR lowers done by Red Bolt in Houston. Got to see some of the more intricate stuff he can do while i was there. Very impressive work.

    Suppressors SMFH (Sen. Bob Menendez)

Will be joining ASA on the 1st. Puts me $100 further from being able to buy my next can, but $100 closer to not having some asshat try to take the other four away. Seems like a reasonable compromise.

    Suppressors Marlin 45-70 suppressor

I would agree, if the can is going to live on this and other rifles, the SiCo Hybrid 46 is the way to go. I'll be using my can on a .45 ACP pistol also so the lighter weight and option for a shorter "K" configuration can be advantageous. Depends on the intended use. The only other mainstream...

    Suppressors Marlin 45-70 suppressor

I just decided this morning I'll be getting an Obsidian 45 purely for the fact that it can handle 45/70. I emailed rugged and was assured that full power hunting loads were not a problem. Have you shot it yet? I'm planning on picking up the same rifle.

    Suppressors 41F Question...

Well I thought I was done. ? My last two cans (Griffin Paladin .300 and Rugged Obsidian 9) were approved 5-11-19. Thought I was good until I discovered that the Obsidian 45 was rated to handle 45/70. Now I feel the need for a threaded lever action in 45/70. Anyways, how long do I have to...

    Suppressors Turbo 5.56 for $350?

After seeing the numbers suppressed nation got in their 11.5" 5.56 test I think I'd opt for the Turbo K version personally. Only 4.1db louder at the muzzle and 0.5db quieter at the ear. Pretty damn impressive for a $355 "K" can.

    Light weight 280ai

See if you can track down a takeoff stock from someone who replaced theirs. Depending on the model Remington has rifles with stocks from B&C, HS Precision and Grayboe. When I bought my 5R Gen2 I immediately removed the stock and replaced it with my KRG X-ray, selling the HS Precision off for a...

Pretty impressive that the 2nd quietest can was also the 2nd smallest. The YHM Turbo K did really well.

    12.5” AR-10 .308 SBR Thoughts?

I've done more than a little reading along with some building. Show me a large frame AR with optic, ready to fire that's under 6lb. Id like to see the build sheet on that. The 2A Armament rifles are about as good as it gets for lightweight AR's. Their XLR-18 weighs in at 6.75lb. You could...

    12.5” AR-10 .308 SBR Thoughts?

I could easily drop off 2-3lb with a lighter optic, lighter stock and a lighter barrel, but under 6lb for a large frame AR is a fantasy. The weight I gave is with the suppressor which is 17oz including the mount and a loaded mag which is close to 2lb.

    12.5” AR-10 .308 SBR Thoughts?

Every time the topic of short barreled .308's comes up people compare it to the 300blk. Obviously a 300blk is generally going to be considerably lighter, cheaper and more practical the ballistics are not even in the same ballpark. A 12.5" .308 is pushing a 175gr at similar speeds to what a...
