    They work great until you get them dirty. The other thing to know, they won’t work well with a stock rem 700 as they do not have a binder plate to limit rounds shifting forward and hangin up under your feed ramp. If you get your rem’s feed ramp notched, this is a non issue.

    This matches my experience as well, but with that said you can cram more staball into your brass than 4350 or Rl16 and exceed both in overall velocities.

    I had 40 grains in my dasher so I know you’re most likely not where you need to be with your powder charge with a 6CM. Any particular reason why you decided to stop at 43.7? Sounds like you still have room to go up.

    The data seems kinda skewed in my opinion. I know we didn’t have over 600 unique shooters at wprsc this year. I believe it was some where closer to 200. So depending how many times a particular shooter participated they were counted as a data point multiple times correct?

    For you monkeys who leave your brakes soaking in the CLR too long and you happen to turn your brakes a lovely rosy pink and think all is lost, you can clean the copper plating off with bore solvent.

    if you plan on using ball powders, you’ll probably want to ditch the glass powder cup in favor of an aluminum one. Those fine flakes just stick to it, it’ll drive you nuts. Even after wiping down with a dryer sheet.

    I was running the same components with 35.0 grains of RL16 at 2950 previously.

    38grs of loose powder (just dumped) brings the powder column right up to the start of the case neck. If I vibrate the case, it settles down to about half way up the shoulder.

    I ran an impromptu velocity ladder just to get to see how this stuff performs. temp 35 * 6 dasher 26” 7.5t Brux, Norma Dasher brass, 105 hybrids, cci 450 37.0 gr 2917 fps 37.5 gr 2953 38.0 gr 2983 38.5 gr 3050 39.0 gr no data, my mistake. 39.5 gr 3136 sticky/stiff bolt - stopped test.

    Right, but if the throat has extended .150” the GT chamber reamer alone isn’t going to help 100% . That’s why you may want to consider setting it back.

    The stock should have included the screws, but since yours are missing you’ll have to find some 1/4-28 shcs and fit them up. It’s not hard to do on your own.
