1-10 is common, probably the best overall. i have a 18inch, 1-12tw and handles 178 bthp with no issues. Berger has a twist rate calculator that may help with any indecision you have.- briang7511

agree with southpaw. enjoy shooting a different flavor. is it the most optimal 1000y caliber? NO. But i have others that are. Lilja versus bartlein barrels
on my third bartlein all have been great .260 and 6.5x47 have had 2-3 kriegers all were great 260 and 6.5x47 had one rock creek .308 and it was absolutely perfect laser beam had one shilen match (have another 6mm blank waiting) but that was another laser beam .260 had a hawk hill but didnt own...- briang7511

6 cm powder and various wonderings
in the reloading depot you will find alot more info. i use rl16 with alpha brass and 210m primer. h4350 has been the go to powder but can be hard to come by at times. rl16 has worked just as good for me in both 6 and 6.5 cm and is in stock at powder valley...- briang7511
