    Reloading bench to use

    Ill be moving to college in a few weeks and i am debating on which gun to take. if i can find a place to reload i can take one of my better guns. would anyone in north western Ohio let me use their bench?

    Re: McMillan A3 vs HTG ADJ for long range hunting I have hunted with a .300, 700 with a A3-5 and i liked it alot stayed on the back and was not too heavy. I have no experience with the HTG but am looking at getting one.

    Re: Anyone done a 243 wssm? the thing with the wssm is the length and finding a mag that will feed it besides the stock winchester, you will almost have to get something custom to make it work, if you can find a wssm action i would go with that but good luck finding mags.

    Re: Anyone done a 243 wssm? i have one in the Winchester WSSM action, ER shaw barrel, stock stock. blind magazine. It feeds well and loves 105 AMAX. far from custom but a tack driver none the less.

    Re: Just picked up Rem 721 300 H&H Mag Rebarrel it if you want i can get the length off my dads so you know what factory length is. they kick like a mule with that stock stock but they are great guns.

    Re: 308 to 300wm or 300swm Since you have a 308 now i assume you have a short action, to upgrade to the 300 win mag you will need a whole new action.Just so that you dont have to go threw that i would go with the 300 WSM it will fit in a short action and you will not have to worry if you buy...

    Re: Some Savage ?'s if you want to go for long range get a barrel from savage-barrels.com in a 7mm magnum or your choice and start out with a better long range round, idk what barrel coutour to go with.

    Re: What action and barrel to use for my .300 WM build all i can say is if you can go with a rock barrel, got one on mine and its great, and with a mcmillian stock the recoil is not bad at all
