    Oh, ok I think I'm confusing things? I use a lee collet die and to me I think its a mandrel. Which is wrong? Learn something everyday. But is it fair to say its a mandrel that uses a collet?

    Hmmm, I thought it was just common practice to run new brass through a fl sizer? Pull down and resize isn't changing the the brass like fire forming.
