    I've been running an alpha mag in my 243 its been flawless through 3 matchs 200 range rounds and 15 groundhogs. I am goin to switch to them exclusively now.

    atlas leg extensions won't lock up well

    that is the problem the detents don't fully engage the hole with the orings on. if I remove them they snap in solid. I tried to really push them on and they will hold better but not as well as the feet do. I have some a/c orings that may fit better I'll have to try them next.

    I've just recently picked up an atlas to try. I'm having a problem with the 3" extension pieces. They don't seem to lock up fully causing them to pop off at the worst times. it seems the oring is to fat and keeps them from fully engaging. I've tried using different orings but none are...

    I think the 1/2moa is perfect for a varmint scope I am very happy with my hs lr vortex I'm running both a 4-16 with bdc reticle and the 6-24 has with Xlr ffp. I love the 6-24 with xlr
