    Re: Shot a S&W M&P AR-15, not impressed... You are not understanding the difference between a service rifle and a benchrest/target gun. Different weights of trigger pull are needed. I think you need to get out and shoot some different AR's before you start critizing a whole weapon system...

    Re: Is this too close to the barrel? take your cap to at belt gringer and grind a flat spot in it so it clears the barrel. I wouldn't want it touching the barrel.

    Re: Gas length Save your brass and sell it and buy reloading equiptment. Far more economical then buying "match" grade ammo. That way you can fine tune your load to YOUR gun. You should be able to get $15/100 for uncleaned LC brass. Depending on how much you shoot it should add up quick...
