    Rifle Scopes Steiner scope Thoughts????

    I've been happy with my T5Xi 3-15. Tracks great, glass is an upgrade from my Viper PST. Pretty good value for a sub $1500 scope. It's a stepping stone for me until I'm ready to invest in a tier 1 optic. Customer service is top notch as well, and all the T series are made and serviced stateside.

    My PVA bbl has a similar step in it's contour. I thought about bringing it up to them but figured I was being too picky and should just live with it. Shoots fine. I do feel a bit better knowing I'm not the only one.

    Consider a Criterion savage pre-fit. It's not cut rifled but they probably have a 6.5 CM bbl ready to ship. I bought one as an extra in .308 when I realized my PVA bbl wasnt going to make it in time. Shoots great.
