    I make my living on the shotgun range, and crisp vision is super important to me.....I had LASIK done in '99. Before surgery I was 20/450 with astigmatism. I'm still 20/20 to this day.......LASIK was the best thing, besides divorce, I have ever done!

    I've had great performance out of 155 Scenar's and 175 SMK's, but my favorite is the temporarily discontinued Hornady 178 gr BTHP. Higher BC than the 175 SMK, and was easy to work up a load for my TRG22( Lapua brass and varget). Luckily, I've bought up enough of these bullets to last me...

    I've had both, and liked the Weaver slightly better. That being said, I like the 10x SS MUCH better, and have been slowly replacing the Weaver 3-10x40's with Mil/Mil SS's.

    Hornady 75gr HPBT accuracy

    I've actually had better luck with the Hornady 75gr BTHP than any brand of the 77 gr BTHP's. This is across several AR barrels including Noveske, Wilson Combat, and Rainer Select. The published BC worked for me all the way out to 800 yards. YMMV.

    Guys, Got my 3 shim sets....the shims are numbered(thickest to thinnest)....2,1,+1, +1/2,+1/4. This is not what you detail in the video. Did I get the wrong sets? I ordered shim sets for SS fixed MRAD scopes(n I have 2ea-10x and 1ea-12x). I went ahead and installed a set, and my scope had 20.1...

    I use a 10x SS on my CZ455 Trainer....I've never felt like I didn't have enough power. Love this scope for this application.

    I love the Trijicon 2.5-10x56 with Green Mil-dot reticle.....sturdy, bright, and a reticle that I can manage workable hold-overs out to 500 yards easily. And in your price range.

    You can get Trijicon AccuPoints with MilDot reticles, but they are not FFP. I have both the 3-9x40 and the 2.5-10x56.....love them both.
