    Re: Muzzle Brake for .300 win mag help? i have the JP enterprises brake on my 338 lapua it really tames recoil compared to the factory radial brake and has far less dust signature. its 5/8-24.

    Re: Building an M1A EBR Dude a EBR jst has that look and its way different than any AR10 but yeah the m1a is not as accurate. I have a springfield standard in an EBR chassis. Really made a huge difference in handling and accuracy. If i had to do it again i would build from scratch.

    Re: Moo this crap happens all the time here on ranches we shoot on. the cows get used to gunfire so they wont go away. we remedy this problem by finding out how they are fed and feed them away from our shooting lanes. so yeah hope it helps

    Re: What brake does everyone like best on an ar-15? Yankee hill phantom when shooting targets and a smith vortex when hunting at night. the vortex kills the flash better so follow up shots are no prob. The phantom has less recoil more flash and more noise.

    Re: putting a 40 moa base on a 22lr? I made one out of a rem 700 40 moa base for my savage mk ii. I just matched the radius and cut it on the bottom of the rail then drilled mounting holes to match the savages holes. Works great and now i can get to 440 yds with a 1" tube optic

    Re: 338LM? The Rem 700 338 lapua is one you might want to look at. i have seen them for sale around 1700 or so. plus parts and upgrades are everywhere mine shoots great to 1000 and i cant wait to find out what it will do past that.

    Re: Used Value of a 700p 338LM? honestly i bought mine new for 1650. that was prolly 8 months ago thats bone stock. your rail im guessin cost 90 and that brake is im guessin 100 to 150. so yeah i would start at 1700. hope it helps

    Re: Rifle Dilemma 260 all the way. less wind drift and drop than a 308, and a 140 grain berger vld hunting at 2900fps will kill most game in the USA. That being said one rifle will never ever be enough for all things.

    Re: Rem 700 AICS bedding? Well i had a non bedded Rem 700 308 in an AI chassis and it was a1/2" rifle. Im jst wondering this rifle is a different animal with that much of a caliber difference.
