    You will learn quickly but remember some basic safety rules. Never take your hand off the chuck key while the key is in the chuck. Do not wear loose fitting clothing. Long hair can also get you in trouble.

    My opinion... If you are within 2K just glue it in. Even then it would be the very last thing I would do. Right after a $500 barrel and $300 trigger.

    IMO polishing would be a waste of time unless all you are after is bling. At least jeweling would hold oil much better than polished. That pistol will never be anything other than a mass produced low cost Ruger no matter how much you polish it. Polishing might make it feel smoother but function...
