Our entire swat team is issued Sordins for use with comms. I know it's likely going to be dependent on the equipment you use, but I'm sure you'd be able to get it to work unless there are a bunch of proprietary connections.

Buy from Steve and be done with it and know that are not grey market or knock off sets. Plus you're supporting a really good vendor from the hide.

Personally I think the 5700 with AB is the way to go. I don't personally think the Bluetooth is a necessity though I'm sure it's nice to have. As has been said, if you qualify for promotive pricing it's pretty nice.

CrossTac is my go to, just don't leave then in sun for crazy long periods as the material does fade a bit. Then again, AZ sun seems to bleach everything

Doubling up does offer more protection, but it's not substantially more. Any help you can do to limit exposure is your best bet though from doubling up to use of suppressors. Love my sordins as well, upset I hadn't bought them years sooner

First off, shooting a gas gun well is going to take a bit more practice vs a bolt gun so I can guarantee that you need some more time behind the gun. As far as cycling goes, check the gas setting as I'm going to guess you're not running a can and the selector is on the suppressed position. FGMM...
Wow, just looked at the price of the recore and the cost to switch brakes on my rifles with my 30BA, ouch. I guess I shouldn't be shocked as it is completely new internals that need to be machined from new metal, labor, etc.Maybe later this year.
As soon as I hit my days off I'll be relaxing with an Alec Bradley presendado and a glass of scotch. Just has a nice smooth taste and is just a good consistent smoke. Can't wait.
While I don't own the AX, I do own the AT and it's nice to be able to swap consistently. Definitely considering doing the same with a AX for swapping magnums if I ever see the need. Just have a hard time justifying it as with the ranges I shoot the swap between a 260 and 308 has me covered with...
Either pick up some Nosler's or the Hornady's on the cheap or buy a bulk box of the 139gr Lapua Scenars as those are a bit cheaper than the Berger's you've been running. Powder valley runs those Lapua's at $320/1000
I do as muffs are prone to leaking on occasion if you bump them and hearing damage is accumulative and once it's lost you are not getting it back. Indoors I can't imagine how anyone could not shoot doubled up as it can really become quite a bit. Hell, I shoot suppressed guns with either the...
Seriously, Cannon cheaper out and didn't include a backup key on an electronic locking model? WTF:confused:
Sucks to hear, unfortunately it is yet another painful lesson on why those electronic locks suck. Sounds like it is time to call a locksmith to have it drilled and fitted with a new lock.
This post screams ARFCOM BS backed up with very little substance to either side of the argument with fan boy drama. Both companies offer some quality components albeit at inflated prices for what they are. They both have earned their reputation that has allowed them to command their asking...
Any LEO who gets bent out of shape because they don't get a discount needs an attitude adjustment. Did I like the discount? Yes, but getting the discount should not be your sole reason for doing business with a vendor. I expect to pay full price at places I go and if they happen to offer a...
With any of the low profile electronic ears you're going to need to shoot with plugs in as well. You get the best of both worlds this way, great protection and you can still hear conversations well. If shooting suppressed I'm fine with just the muffs on their own.
Would love to see a picture of the low rail and a high rail AT sitting next to each other before I decide whether it is worthwhile to even bother calling MHSA to order a low rail.
