Knee replacement questions
I'm 56 and had a replacement done in 05. I had bone on bone and the doc said it was worse then he thought after surgery. I'm physicaly active and have a BMI of 28. I lift at least 3 times a week and do an elipitical 2-3x (35 mins and get my heart rate up to 175) per week. The doctor was...- uawman

Rifle Scopes M21 Scope recommendation
Re: M21 Scope recommendation Stay within the 10X range. Fixed or varible, the smaller objective the better. 38mm or less on the M21 otherwise cheekweld will suffer. Yes ther are bigger and better but not with this rig. If I'm wrong then please M21 owners chime in with a pic of your set-up!- uawman

Re: m1a problem "Use Never -seeze or tetra lube on the gas plug threads. Tighten the gas plug with the combo and gas cylinder wrench using the squeeze method. Get it tight but do not overtighten, as you'll want to get the plug out in the future to clean the gas piston. How tight is tight...- uawman
