    Well this might be to rich for your blood but I have a JP Enterprise LRP-07 Lightweight .308 and it weighs 6.7lbs empty. This is a high end rifle that is hard to beat if you have the cash.

    I have 2 JP Rifles that are as accurate as a gas gun gets but after shooting my new Barrett MRAD I now am convinced that while today's AR's are super accurate they still don't measure up to a Bolt Gun @ long distances.

    I have 2 ACOG's and wouldn't trade them for anything, you are right about the eye relief that is why I bought the TA11-j for my .308 and my .223 Wylde. Also another great ACOG is the TA33 it has even more eye relief. And by the way nothing beats an ACOG IMO

    I will have pictures of my Barrett mrad 300 win mag with a 24" carbon fiber barrel as soon as I get my new phone but it is just beautiful Grey Cerakote finish and I just installed a Steiner TX5I 5-25x56 scope on a Larue Tactical QD Mount. Should be getting my MRAD ATLAS Bipod today.

    I just got mine yesterday in 300 win mag and with a 24" carbon fiber barrel, I will be getting my Steiner T5Xi 5 - 25x56 scope tomorrow and I hope to shoot it soon.

    14.5" .308 ARs

    I have a JP LRP-07 in .308 with a 14.5" barrel with a 1.5" Pin & Welded Titanium Comp. and I like this set-up better than my 16" LRP-07.     froglube and tw25b not that great?

    Did you apply Frog Lube the correct way? If you did not clean all your older lube off first and then HEAT ALL METAL PARTS as warm as you can and then using a BRUSH APPLY Frog Lube Paste then it will not work as well. I have been using Frog Lube on all my guns and it works great.
