    I ordered a left hand 6.5 American Predator through Academy for my son. It shoots, and it shoots well. 142 SMK behind 40.6 H4350 puts them in there. Now, it's rough, but it shoots.

    Not the compact. A CTR model. I have the 20" stainless barrel version as I hunt with it also. I am not sure about model numbers but you have your choice in blued or stainless, and 20" or 24" barrel.

    7mm Rem Mag Recoil - How bad is it?

    To me it was about being comfortable, and it took about 40 years for me to learn that. I loved my Ruger 7 mag, very accurate and great hunting rifle/caliber. That being said, I sold it to fund a 6.5 build and it is the ONLY rifle I have ever sold and had ZERO regrets. None, zilch, zero.

    Yep.... there was some dumbass rumor that the anti-gunners got to them but the truth is that they bet against mirrorless camera tech and lost.
