    Re: ? hunting upper, 6.8 or 300 acc, 7.62x39 I would go with the 68. IMO the 300 will not expand at those distances. 7.62x39 is very good out to 150 yds. If you look at a "stock" 68 go with a Stag 7. Good luck.

    Re: combat boots? Danners last the longest of any boot that I have own. Rockey sv2 are very good also. Both are made in the USA. Don't buy the China crap boots that both companys offer.

    Re: NPR nightforce MLR is great. Works with the mil system. Why change??? I like the MLR better than the Mil dots you can measure more closely and accurately with the 1/2 mil in between the mil spaceing. Hope this helps.

    Bartlein barrels

    Re: Bartlein barrels As all have said you can't go wrong with that barrel. I like a 24" because of the less blast as above mentioned posts. You can always cut it back. The #7 MTU is a great profile. Velocity seems to be faster than most other brands. The accuracy is second to none. Good Luck.
