Figured this update needs to be put into this thread too as we have finally reached our Nitride desires.

First Look!!!
So we have been relatively quiet the past couple weeks as we worked through an acceptable nitride process for our receiver parts.
This was not an easy task due to a combination of our chosen alloys and their HRC levels.
We worked diligently with metallurgical engineer and heat treatment facility to develop a low temp nitride process specifically for our parts.
