im currently a 01 ffl im pretty new. ive been a ffl for 6 months. and i primarily want to be able to reload and manufacture ammo which is the 06. but under the 07 ffl i can do ammo and build guns as well. so im trying to figure out if the 07 is worth it or just to go with adding a 06. i just had some questions on the itar tax. the atf does not handle the itar, atf agent said it's really not been enforced from what other ffl's have told him etc. but that state dept handles it. and i couldn't get anyone at there please pm or send me a phone # thanks to all
