Well Good for him and glad it turned-out ( I think legally ) ok for good Samaritan who pulled and drew down on the Purse Snatchers .

( For me ) in same position though, can pretty much 99.9 % positive say, I would have NOT done the same and it's not worth it . No I would not have pulled and drew my CC on the 2 in the vehicle snatching a purse .
I can positively say though I would have taken Vehicle Lic. #. & description for LE when they are late to the party .
