178 grain Amax 300WM

Does any one have any input on 178gr Amax in a 300 Win? I'm going to try and load with R22 and don't see much data. Any input would be great thanks in advance.

I haven't shot bullets that light out of my winmag. I have used the 208 Amax in it though…with R22. I think I was using 71.5g of R22 and getting around 2970 fps. using a 178….I think it would be screaming.
