for $200 i couldn't pass it up. nothing fancy. a super shadow or somehting like that. crappy black plastic stock. if it shoots good will use it for hunting. if not, in the corner until i can save for parts for a new build.

Carppy stock? As in it looks like a carp or smells like a carp? Eitherway, I'd look into a fiberglassy stock. You'd might be happier with that.

The stocks do suck, but B&C makes one that will fit.

This had that carpy stock (270 WSM) now it wears a B&C.

That's a sweet deal. I paid about 3 for mine a few years ago and it shot terrible. Now it wears a Rock and sits in a Manners
