243 with 115 dtacs available from corbon, southwest(at least used to), copper creek!

It is available, just not as much so as 308. I don't shoot matches against strangers, but my understanding is that a lot of serious match guys roll their own anyway.

I roll my own as well, but sometimes with a crazy busy schedule it would be nice to just grab a few boxes and head to the range like you can with FGMM or the likes in 308

I think all the precision loads for 243 are pricey. Not that they aren't entirely worth it. Anything with Lapua is going to cost more. $12 extra per box of 20 is about right vs Winchester brass. I think that explains some or all of the premium price over say Copper Creek.

If you are going through the trouble to build to the performance of the .243 you might as well load to the performance of your specific rifle as well.
