ive reloaded the 260rem with the 123 scenar using reloader 15,IMR Xbr,varget. personally i go with xbr or reloader15. excellent bullet to push fast in the 260!
I would try H4350 or H 4831sc. I always try to get the case full of powder. The RL powders will work also. I just have more of the other and it seems to work for me.

H4350 with a 123gr scenar, I've gotten 3000fps with two different rifles. 24" Rock 5R 1-9" and a 26" Schneider 1-8.5".
Work up slow. 123's seem to be "jump friendly" in both rifles.
cant wait to get loading got some 123's and 139's lots of brass and primers and a pound of 4350 and 4831SC I don't think it will hit the steel like this but still should hit it good!
I used to shoot F-Class matches (600 & 1000) 04-06 and it did well. Shot at Thunder Valley this summer it took 24 MOA for 1K. It was about 95 degrees that day. My ballistic program said they were actually running 3050 fps.

Haven't tried the 123 Scenars, but have no problem getting 3000+ with 120gr Ballistic tips and 45gr H4350 from my 24" Brux barrel. Accuracy is good too.
