My 8 twist Bartlein LOVES 44gr H4350 below a 139gr. Scenar bullet, Federal 210M primer & fireformed factory Remington brass. Brass life has been excellent (I neck size only & am getting 5-6 loads per piece) & no issues with bolt lift, pressure signs, etc.
Obviously, <span style="font-weight: bold">WORK UP TO WHATEVER SWEET SPOT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR </span>as the caliber seems to do very well with several different load/powder variations.
