Gunsmithing .260 Remington neck diameter question.

I was wondering if someone could tell me what the neck diameter is on a PTG standard Saami .260 remingtion finish reamer.

Does 0.299 sound right?

As you can guess I am a reloader running numbers in my head. My fired necks measure .297 on factory BH ammo with the RP brass. Unfired/loaded they run .290-.291 The wall thickness runs from 0.0132 to 0.0144 on the RP brass, sometimes on the same piece!

Does the .299 chamber and .297 neck dia on the fired brass sound normal?

I'm contemplating using lapua brass with 0.015 neck walls which would theoretically bring loaded diameter out to 0.294.

Too tight at 0.005 freespace?
