Keep screwing it in til you can get your shoulder bump. I've also have had to grind a shell holder down to get the proper shoulder bump.

Turns out I didn’t have the die screwed into the press enough. My ram makes contact with the die, but another 1/8 turn or so and presto! The .002 bump I wanted.
