I have an older micrometer seating die from my 308 and was wondering if it would work for my 260 Remington since it is the same case but different bullet diameter? I have a seating die specific for that caliber but curious if it would work. I am running 2 different bullets and it would be nice set each up per bullet.

It should work just fine, and you may find controlling seating depth is easier with it, it'll grip the bullet farther down on the ogive. Tubbs XC seater die uses a 30 cal stem.
