338 AIAW Video....

Here is a rough cut of the video we shot in the desert. We still need to add some sound effects and work the cut a bit.

The rifle is an AIAW338 with upgraded Viperskins and pic rails. We shot this on a RED Epic at 48-200 fps. You can see the sparks from real impacts on the steel as well as the tannerite explosion.

It's best if watched as a full screen vid.

And a camera crew to go with it! (I was really lucky, my shooting buddy is a DP and brought three cars full of gear and people to shoot that vid).

That's the thing with these cameras. You'll need a crew to utilize it properly.
Heavy tripods, heavy lenses etc makes these systems less desirable to work within the context of what you are doing Lowlight.
Imagine doing your High Angle videos with 45+lbs of equipment.

Go down to Metro/CU Denver and find a couple film students, ask one of the film professors and they will help you find students that will be eager to help. Most students would love to help out on any type of shoot, for free.
