I just shot in my first ELR competition and managed to hit 5 out of the 6 targets. Furthest was 1896 yards. I was using factory Hornady ELD Match 285 gr. I'm wanting to get started into reloading so I can get more consistent muzzle velocities. Can someone please provide me a list of all the equipment I will need. I also have a rifle chambered in 375 cheytac ordered so if possible I would like equipment that can be used for both calibers.

You will need to find a press that can handle 375 due to the length. You could possibly do it with the Area 419 Zero press. They mention 375 on the website, you will need to slip the round in seating die and then slide the case in. Otherwise you’ll most likely need a press that can handle up to 50 BMG. I don’t shoot 375, but I do 338. It works great on the Zero press. There isn’t really any items that can be shared by both calibers. You might be able to find some powder that will work for both. I hope this is helpful.

Get the Forster CoAx-XL, which will handle the .375 CT. Hodgdon Retumbo is a goto powder for both, as is the Federal 215M primer. Brass is Lapua or Petersen for the 338, Petersen for the CT.

After that, it's a deep rabbit hole in what equipment is needed vs wanted. I use custom dies from Warner Tool for sizing, and Wilson inline seaters. If you go inline seaters, you'll need an arbor press, I use the K&M with force pack. I anneal in an AMP annealer. You'll need a brass cleaning system, I use both wet SS pins and dry corncob systems. A case trimmer system will eventually be required. A priming tool is also required, the CoAx does not have built in priming, and you need some precision there anyway.

I'm a big fan of the Autotrickler with the Ingenuity upgrade, but there are other electronic powder dispenser systems that will drop to the kernel, which is a requirement.

Get a Garmin Xero chronograph.

That will get you started :eek:
