Any info on terminal performance of 35 Whelen past 300 yards on elk? I'm looking to rebarrel a Ruger M77 chambered in .270
I know everyone is going to say that .270 and the 06 is plenty for elk, and it agree with that. I'm just looking for something unique and devastating.
