HELLO PEOPLE, I'm A NEWBIE HERE..MY QUESTION PERTAINS TO THE 115G DTAC, I AM CURRENTLY RUNNING 243 WIN WITH 107 SMK THROUGH A 1-8 TWIST 27" HART BARREL 47G OF H1000 AT 2937 FPS.. I REALLY LIKED HOW MY 95G BERGER VLD'S SHOT WITH VV N560 AND HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR SOME KIND OF DATA FOR N560 AND 115 DTAC. I WONDER WHY FEW PEOPLE ARE TRYING THIS COMBO AND IF SOMEONE COULD POST THERE (QUICKLOAD) FOR THAT? SO AS MAY I BE THE TEST DUMMIE

42 gr of h4350 in win brass, 2950 with a 115 dtac, barrel is a 26 inch krieger 7.5 twist

I haven't used h4350 yet, though I did like the imr version with 95g bullets..I also see a lot of people using re-25..I thought I was getting good speed from the vv n560 but it was a little pricy..My real goal is to get the 115's to 3000fps accurately without to much pressure..give or take a couple fps..

If you load the DTAC at 2.800 or greater and use H-1000 you should be able to approach 3000 fps. The 1-8 twist barrel at longer range may not be as accurate as you would like.

H1000 is working good with the 107 smk..I'm compressed at 47g and getting 2937fps..

i am running 41.7gr of H4350 with the 115DTAC and it comes in right at 3100 fps.

I think the h4350 will be my next load for the dtac..Would I be better of using bench rest primers? I'm using nosler casings and winchester primers right now..

My load is Win brass with BR2 primers.

SSC is that a naked DTAC or BN coated?

Win primers can be soft. H 4350 is the go to powder because it is not temp sensitive.
